Job Day is an opportunity for newcomer jobseekers to explore in-demand jobs in the Windsor-Essex region.
Over 20 local employers will be present, alongside settlement and employment services.
Throughout the day, attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Meet employers and get information at their exhibitor booths
- Participate in coaching sessions to learn about resume writing, interviewing, and more.
- Schedule on-the-spot interviews with employers
- Drop off resumes in our “Express Lane” which will be sent directly to hiring employers
- Experience Virtual Reality job simulation
- Attend information sessions to learn about pathways to in-demand careers
